About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

Anyone who is a searcher of all things knows the clock is ticking and it’s already expired in a lot of areas before the weeds take back these rigs, they come out in the Winter when it’s way too cold to deal with them. Then it’s too wet to get back to them. By the time it dries out a little you have such a limited time to get in and out with what you want. But yet another small collection of Jeep projects up for grabs.
Information from seller:
Have a few CJ5’s available for sale. One under the tarp is a 6 cyl. Engine runs. Fiberglass fenders. Was the start of a project, unfortunately have to part ways with some stuff. Details
1946 Willys CJ2A. Recently painted. Mechanically original and runs and drives great. I’m in the process of putting the tire carrier and windsheild back on, I’m waiting for a new windshield and gasket for that to be installed. Let me know if you have any questions. Open for trades. Interested in VW Beetle, any American Muscle, Alpha Romeo, Triumph, project Porsche, let me know what you got.
1947 Jeep with vintage (maybe original?) plow. This is a package deal and includes another Jeep that’s dismantled. My dad was planning to restore and make one out of the two. The one with the plow is complete but rusty. Was running well 3 years ago but after sitting, apparently has stuck valves so not running presently. My dad plowed his driveway with this one for over 40 years. This one has a clean title in my name.
The second Jeep has been sandblasted and primered, same with the frame and loose sheet metal pieces like the hood, fenders, windshield frame. The main chassis frame was sandblasted and painted. This one has a motor with it that my dad had bought that was supposedly rebuilt but there’s no proof of that and it’s never been run. Body tub is very restorable.
The project has been sitting 7 years as is. Price is $4,500.
