Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “A pair of 1947 willys cj2a jeeps for parts. NO TITLES. both tubs are pretty rough and rust in the floors. One frame is in decent shape. Axles seem to be good. Decent fenders, grilles, and a bunch of other parts. No engines/transmissions/transfer cases. Plenty of good parts here. Would like to sell as a pair. Also have some aluminum old Jeep/ford 5-5 1/2 pattern wheels that will go with them. Being sold as parts only. Located in Lewiston Idaho, asking $500 for the pair OBO. Possible trades, what ya got? More pictures on request.”

“47 willys. Willing to sell. I bought in hopes to restore but I just don’t have the time. No title. Engine does not move. It does hold coolant though. I drained oil and coolant last year in hopes to start on it but then had a major surgery that made me stop. Located northeast Nebraska. Not sure the worth of it so I’m taking offers”

“1948 cj2a great condition. Restored to drive. Has 2 inch lift. Literally every nut and bolt on this thing has been replaced. Custom bumpers. Front is made to fit a yj winch plate. Come take a look. Must see in person to appreciate. Updated to 12 volt electrical. Lockers front and rear. Literally everything you would need to do has been done. Only 1683 miles since resto. Brand new tires and I have a spare factory wheel to go with it. Thanks message for any questions. Will trade for nice cj7 in same condition. Clean Title in hand.”
