Completely rebuilt in 2010, including new body (tub costs over $2000 alone without hood, front fenders, grill, windshield frame, etc.), rebuilt engine (new pistons, rings, water pump, oil pump, etc.), transmission, transfer case and axles – like getting a “new” 1946 Jeep for much less than it would cost you to buy the parts and pay the labor to build it – and, to top it off, it is a coveted VEC model, too! Nice enough that you could run it in a parade or take it to a show, but not so nice that you’d be afraid of using it!

“1946 CJ-2A, clear title. Frame tag and cowl tag are present, matching, and match the title. The engine is RMC-marked on the top of the deck in front. The engine supposedly turns, but I have not tried to make it turn due to harmonic balancer being removed. There are extra parts included with this jeep. $1000.00. Located in MD near Baltimore”
I think more than “a little” elbow grease will be required.

“SELLING: my ’48 WILLY’S 2nd PRICE REDUCTION} CJ2A JEEP. This is the civilian model ” FARM” jeep, as they are sometimes called. Can add the PTO, the flat belt adapter and the 3 point lift. I think I have enough items to make it PTO/ 3 PT. lift. These items do not come with jeep, This jeep is in good cond., very little surface rust, and no rust-thru. Runs and drives good, I have not driven on highway. New gas tank, new carb, good title. Needs some minor work. Call if interested, Thanks for looking,”

I bought this as a prodject a year ago has a new top, new wheels, new winch new seats front and back recent tune up way to many new parts to list on here 4×4 works good engine runs great org flathead 4 cyl. I have a new jeep and don’t have room for two. I have over 4500 in this .sold with a bill of sale because of missing title I have all of the paper work from the dmv to apply for a new title or just use on a farm needs to have the wireing hooked back up for the lights to work . asking 4000 obo No low ball offers I know what these are worth . jeep will need to be trailered brakes need bled. may be interested in a trade for a 1977-1980 Pontiac firebird nothing else . so please don’t ask Cash sale only”
