Listed as a 1947, the body looks to be a Lefty, so likely a 1948.

This could be a good deal. I would follow the fuel line or clean the tank, as it sounds like something is plugging up the fuel given the description.

“Cj2a in good shape very solid body it’s been stored indoors for last 20 years. I did have this jeep running briefly about 2 years ago. New seats gas tank and fuel lines. Tractor tires do not go with the jeep. I will put different tires on the Jeep if it sells.”
The pics are pretty small, so hard to tell much. I’m guessing this was not an original CJ-2L.

“Cool Flat Fender, CJ2A, Big trencher, Double PTOs, 4 Cylinder, Beefed up frame, Very complete, Just Bought it a few months ago and was going to take the body off for my jeep project but can’t bring myself to disturb it’s completeness, may trade for a nice CJ of equal value!”
This is one of the nicest looking 2L’s that I’ve seen. Given it’s proximity to Spokane, it’s highly likely it’s a 2L out of that area.

“I have a 1947 Willy’s don’t now a ton about it bought it as a project was running and driving about a year ago but has ben sitting since then I have a everything I believe to get it running again just needs the fuel line looks to be all original it has been converted to run 12v instead of 6v the belly pan was replaced they didn’t do the best job but it is solid looking to get $2,000 obo if you have any questions I’ll do my best to answer them. This jeep has a new tub. It lacks a few of the original details, such as bow holders and a pto bar.
“1946 Willys cj2a with L134 engine, T-90 3 spd transmission. Complete new steel repli-tub kit from Willys Overland Motors including tub, fenders, hood, tailgate, and windshield frame. Has new directionals, seat belts, electronic windshield wiper, gas tank.Frame was sandblasted, primed, and painted. New brakes (complete) exhaust, wiring harness, and seat cushions and covers. Has front seats and rear folding backseat. Whole jeep currently in black epoxy primer with Bullet undercoating. Fun jeep! Currently registered and insured. Asking $12,500”
