(10/16/2015) “1947 Restored Willys Jeep CJ2 New battery, new tires. $9500 , firm. In very good condition and handles well on the road. The jeep has been kept in the garage under cover. This jeep also has a top which is gray in color. Priced to sell. ”

“This 1947 Willys Jeep CJ2A is a body-off restored example with a 134 CI 4-cylinder engine, 3-speed transmission, and upgrades for safety and highway cruising. It is fitted with seat belts and a roll bar as well as 11” drum brakes and locking hubs in the front and a Warn Overdrive unit to lower engine RPM at speed. Notable features include an original-style canvas top with the frames and bracketry which enable multiple configurations of the top and side curtains, as well as a cool bed-extension option in the rear.”
Not sure how much value is here.
“Body’s rusted bad been sitting for few years but it’s all original the flathead 4cylinder 3speed Tranny an 2 stick transfer case good Dana front and rear axels motors good ran when I parked it few years ago but never had the time or money for it. I kno the drive train works an runs just free it up from sitting. So it’s worth it an a steal for a 47 Willys no matter how u see it.”

It’s a column shift, sn 27371. No engine.
“Original 1946 Willys flat fender jeep cj2a original frame ,3speed on the tree,t90,twin stick,538gears original not messed with has no motor but can accommodate Buick 236 or standard at L134 or other small blocks ,it has rust in the normal places but I have seen far worse previous owner did some work to it serial 27371 so it’s the 17,371 jeep made pretty cool old project i picked it up as it sits and has been tarped for awhile and in my shop I am working on other projects which require my time and money and this deserves to be turned into a crawler or farm jeep or get it inspected by wsp and file for a title as is bill of sale and previous bill of sale from family of deceased owner $1900 Obo or trade /part trade, motorcycles,quality tools,shop equipment,guy stuff”
