Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This is listed as a 57 jeep, but looks like a CJ-3A to me.
“1957 willys jeep 4×4. Awesome piece of history. These things were built well. Made to military standards. Motor has been rebuilt and runs great. Trans shifts good. 4×4 hi and low works well. This would be a cool jeep for a swap or restore project or drive it as is.
Interested in 4×4 rigs. 4×4 four wheelers or anything of real value that interests me. Just ask.”

It looks like it’s been sitting a while.
“I believe this is a 1953 CJ3A. Been sitting for 10 years or so, was running when parked. Tub rotted out. Frame still very solid. Tires and wheels rotted, don’t think they will hold air. Parts or restore.”
