Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This has got a fiberglass body.

I didn’t get many specifics on this build, other than it is a barn find that was carefully rebuilt and is located in or near deer park, washington. There are lots of great details on it. Thanks for the pics Michelle!
The price on this project will drop. This could also be a rare ’49 CJ-2A.

“1949 Jeep with trailer. Original body and frame. Fresh GM V6 engine with crane cam, edel brock manifold and 600 CFM carb., AX-15 five speed trans. with OD. New radiator and power steering. New tires and wheels (6). Small crack in finish in middle of hood. Runs great, always a hit in parades and shows. Successful bidder may drive. Guaranteed no disappointments. Located in Anderson, SC.”

Chassis has been sandblasted primed and painted, tub body has been sandblasted and primed. has all new brakes and lines, new clutch, motor mounts, fuel pump rebuilt, engine has been painted, new fluid in axles. I have all body parts including, front fenders, hood, tailgate, windshield frame and windshield, 4 matching wheels, radiator, alternator, and many other misc. parts. Only selling because loss of interest. Can be seen any weeknight after 6pm and on the weekends. Will deliver locally for a small fee.”
It needs an engine.

“This is a 1952 Willys Jeep Cj3a. It has the stock 4cyl engine, 3spd trans, dana 44 rear with 11” brakes. The jeep is mostly stock and very clean. This is the good one you are looking for.”
This is Nursey. She has a few bumps and rough spots, but might make a nice little run about jeep.
“This little gem has been in our family for about 30 years. Originally bought by my father who had a private hunting ranch in the Northern Colorado mountains. He purchased it to help climb off road and retrieve their game. He was able to drive it everywhere, no matter what the terrain. Because it is white, it acquired the nickname of “Nursey” because it always turned out to be just what the doctor ordered. It proved itself as a real lifesaver over and over. My father became ill and had to move out of Colorado due to the high altitude. He had to sell his ranch and all the toys, that is when I decided I wanted to buy it because I had recently re-located to the NE Plains of Colorado, and I never had as much fun as I had when I was chasing cows in the pasture with it. My husband and I have owned it since 1996. Now it needs restoration. We had the engine completely rebuilt and it only has about 500 miles on it. It has the original engine and drivetrain, and everything works. Runs like a watch, except the motor needs a new water pump…..”
Here’s a flattie with some very large tires.
“1951 flatfender (grey, white, black forest camo paint), 231 buick V6 ( just installed, runs great), 4 speed tranny, 38″ super swampers (95% tread), On-board air: front bumper is an air tank w/ quick disconect to run air tools, locker front and back (not sure what kind, I just know from wheeling it it is locked up), CB & CD radio, Dual fuel tanks, 1978 tandem axle trailer (doesn’t look great, but trailer is very solid. I use it every year to haul jeep, 1 four-wheeler, and 1 motorcycle), I would like to sell these together, but I will sell jeep only (make offer). If I sell the trailer I can’t haul jeep.”
