This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1957 Willys CJ3B This is a original CJ3B Roll bar not original equipment
New Walcks wiring harness, New Brakes and brake cylinders, Tires. Seats recovered on original seat springs and frame. Floor pan and hat channels are solid. minor rust on R 1/4 panel. This jeep runs and drive great. Odometer is showing 40000 ish. From what I can tell mostly original paint. This jeep is drivable now or great for a restoration”

“1953 Willy’s Cj3b High hood. This Jeep Has had everything upgraded. It has a Ford 302 v-8 with Edelbrock Intake and Card, aluminum radiator. It has a T-18 transmission and dana 18 transfer case. Both have been rebuilt by Herm the over drive guy less than 1000 miles ago. High angle rear drive line to GM 6 lug dana 44 axles with 5.29 gear set. That have been cut down and have custom shafts. Power brakes with disk in front and drum in rear. Tires are 35×13.5×15 Toyo mt with 90% or better tread. Wheels are ULTRA MOTO SPORTS. Sprung over with BDS CJ springs. Custom traction bar. Up graded hydraulic clutch. Professionally rewired to 12volt. Chevy tilt Colum shorted to fit. Drive great at 55-60 mph. Fun to Drive. Great weekend cruiser. We have just out grown it and it doesn’t get driven. Gets tons of looks and comments. It is 63 years old so it’s not perfect but it’s in great shape for its ago. No Trades, No Low Ballers, No Joy rides, And No tire kickers. I can text more pics.”

Edelbrock carburetor, MSD ignition, Be Cool radiator

It’s a project.
“1953 Willys Cj3B High Hood 4×4 Jeep. Partially restored project Jeep. Will run and drive. Has the original F Head engine. I started restoration. Almost all of the exterior body work is done. Needs some work on the floors. The body is just about ready to remove from the frame so as to weld in new metal. Included in the sale are some of the metal parts needed. A metal told box, step valance and floor support hat channels are included in the sale. Also not pictured but included in the sale is a late model roll bar, a new hood, original windshield frame and tailgate. There is a spare F Head engine included as well. This jeep is an easy restoration that can be done with minimal funds providing you have the time and skill to finish it. $4,500 FIRM Call”
