About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“I have a 1964 Kaiser Jeep Willys CJ3b that is all stock.. I bought it from a guy who had assembled it after being in a crate from the military. I bought it some 12 years ago where it has sat in a garage for all these years due to other projects. I have finally came to the realization I’m not going to get to it nor use it. It is currently not running although I did have it running a months back but the fuel line and carb are clogged.”
“Great Jeep to drive or restore. Jeep has been mostly untouched and all original equipment is in factory location. I have not had the time to restore the jeep like I was hoping I would. The jeep still has factory paint from when it was built. Jeep has never been restored and still runs. I have drove the jeep in the yard have never had it on the road due to the condition of tires.
Jeep will not last long. This jeep is the best example I have seen as far as condition and originality. If you call please do so after 1pm.”

(03/26/2014) “1953 cj3b. we bought this jeep as a project that we couldn’t pass up because the body is so solid on it. it was going to take very little work to make nice. the previous owner set the body on a cj5 frame, with centered dana 44 rear axle and drum brake dana 30 front.
it’s got a gm column with a power steering box
it has a rebuilt turbo 350 transmission adapted to a dana 20 transfer case.
it had a Chevy motor in it when previous owner had it.
it’s got new seats in it but I don’t know what they are.
it has Rancho lift springs under it..
also includes power brake booster and master cylinder.
the title is under a 3 year grace period, probably a coupe years left. I can explain this better over the phone, but don’t let this scare you as selling and buying with this is not an issue. basically when the 3 years is up the dmv issues current owner a title. we had this inspected by the Washington state patrol.”
“This is a project you will love, Its not pretty but it is cool. Small block Chevy with a two barrel. Three speed transmission and four wheel high and low. 8,000 pound winch. No smog requirments, CA current licnese and pink in hand. Has cracked windshield New tires cost $600.00, New Warn Hubs. Check out the pictures. I will take $3500.00 cash or consider a trade for a quad with an automatic transmission. I am told this is a former civil defense jeep.”
“This is a project jeep. It has been taken apart for rebuilding and never finished. It has a retro fitted V8. We also have $600. worth of yellow car paint that we would give to you.”
