“This jeep is complete and running with a 225 oddfire v6 and 3spd t90a and d18.. Runs great with the new hei and wires Pics dont show it but its way further along with orig steering column and rear seat installed. I also have orig window.. it has a small chip. But its nice and i have a new rubber grommet to install it. Will possibly need a little tinkering after driving it for a 100 miles or so.. To dial it in perfect but its a runner.. Great runner. But it runs great.

Only thing im waiting for now is clutch master and slave cylinder i bought online… So price is reflecting that.. And work to put it in as well as window. Once those r done its going on ebay for 12k… Buy it now hearing it run for 9500.. Or wait a week or 2 and itll be 12000.. Last chance to get it it cheap”

“1970 cj6 long wheel base Jeep. These jeeps are rare. 101” wheelbase. Runs and drives however it is a project. Clean ca title and current registration. Dauntless 225 v6 original motor. Dana 44 rear and a Dana 27 I believe in the front. Drum brakes old school technology. 3 speed with a warn overdrive. Rebuilt Holley 2 barrel carb and a new distributor. The tires are 33 inch and currently junk. I have to swap one out due to being flat.

Possible trade for a built banshee, 250r, long travel built quads. Plus cash if needed.
I am more of a Toyota guy and decided not to build this Jeep. I was going to install a 14 bolt rear and a Dana 44 front with 37” tires and leaf spring it AND THEN CRUISE IT… It’s a great platform with a reliable motor. I believe it has a Detroit true track in the rear.”

Everyone kept suggesting a high performance build when rebuilding the motor. I had to remind everyone what it was going back into. That light weight body does not need a high performance built motor. The stock 327ci has enough to power that little jeep anywhere you need to go. By not being high performance it won’t be temperamental either.
