L134 says out of a Jeepster, also stated as Ran When Pulled years ago, so might be a good starting point for a project.

A Willys Go-Devil L134 engine that was in a 1949 Jeepster that was in my family and stored in my garage since removed from the car years ago. It was a running at the time removed, otherwise not sure of condition so indicated as fair. See no physical damage as indicated in the pictures.
