This came out of a 1943 MB/GPW. If you are looking for an alternative engine, this makes a good one, especially at this price.

Rebuilt original 4 cyl engine, carburetor, & fuel pump – everything works well.
Trailer has a removeable wooden seat(s) insert and a tubular framework for a top.
Ask price is $7,500 OBO (Verbal appraisal is Approx $12M for the pair).
Cool little piece for a country house, cottage or farm.”

Frank’s selling this Tornado engine.
“This is a 230 taken from a 1964 Wagon to swap in a Chevy. it is clean and complete. Been stored inside since,I was told that it did smoke if let to idle for a period. (Valve seals?)
Has starter,generator and oil bath air cleaner.”
