UPDATE **SOLD** Was $2500
“1953 Willys M38A1. $2500.00 OBO. Must Sell
Vehicle features:
Chevrolet V8 Engine. (I believe it’s a 327)
WARN Overdrive
3 speed manual transmission
6 Gal. Offroad gas tank
There is no top included. I do have door frames, but they need new skins. I also have a rear seat that needs new mounting hardware.
This Willys runs great. I bought it last summer as a local get around vehicle, but recently bought a new Wrangler that is more family friendly. Now I just need it out of my garage to make room for the new Jeep.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1000
This seller has other jeeps, too.
“No titles. Have sat for years. They are rough. Have several other Jeeps as well as a boat, Harley FXST, and a 1929 Model A pickup. Make an offer. It must go! Cash only”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4500.
This looks like a great price.
“Very good condition, engine runs, transmission and transfer case is tight as a new one. Has new top and seat covers, ignition switch, gas tank with new float, sending unit with filter. Needs new tires, master cylinder and water pump rebuilt, breather rubber hose, vacuum lines from intake to fuel pump”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $16,500
Looks real nice. The seller notes W/O only made 3 Sedan Delivery Wagons in 1951. Actually, they only made 3 4WD Sedan Delivery Wagons (see model 473 SD & VIN 451 CA1). There were other 2WD Wagons made. Since this is converted to 2WD, the novelty of the VIN seems undermined. Cool wagon though.
“16500e a 51 willys sedan delivery they only made 3 in 51 from the vin numbers it has a corvette 283 with and auto tranny 59 corvette frontend and also the rear.
The body is in nice condition its a California car any question please email me
Im asking 16,500. this is what I have into it at this time looking for a 30 pick up driver
Just replaced king pins and control arm bushings”

“Historical US Army Jeep and Trailer. Owner asking $15000.00. Please contact for payment options.”
This might have been a civil defense jeep.
“Truck Utility 1/4 Ton 4X4 M38A1 Del – 8/1952 #16453
I drove this jeep, when I got it back home in 1991 down are street and up a hill, 4 wheel drive worked. Later the gas tank started leaking so I parked it in my garage.
I always want a military jeep! I had brought back home a beautiful wall unit with Japanese Soapstone Oriental Carvings on it. I found this jeep in the paper and traded that wall unit. I just have not had the time or money to restore it. I hate to let it go but I could use the money more. I do not want to sell it so only SERIOUS BUYER please.
Thank you”
