Complete frame-off restoration.
Complete disassembly, sandblasting, repair and repaint of chassis is completed
Frame repaired and painted, new gussets and front bumper
Engine has new valves, rings, bearings, cleaned painted and test-run – Smooth!
Exhaust and skid plates installed.
Rebuilt carb,
Rebuilt starter
Radiator cleaned, tested and painted
New clutch disk, pressure plate and pilot bushing installed, new throw-out bearing
Transmission and transfer disassembled, cleaned inspected new small parts, gaskets, and seals, filled with oil
New u-joints, seals

Front axle has new kingpin bearings, races and seals – all cleaned and solid
Springs disassembled, cleaned painted reassembled with new bushings, clips, etc

Body has the following bolt-on items included (all are new repro or good condition original take-out) tub, hood, grill, all seat frames, all grab handles, spare tire bracket and foot, top bows and brackets, windshield inner and outer with cowl rubber, axe and shovel brackets, new fuel tank, tool box and glove box lids, body mount kit, headlight brackets, pintle hook, bumperettes, canvas tops and seat covers, etc, etc.
The following additional take-out items (all in very good condition) are included
Speedometer, and some other gauges, front marker lights, tail lights, fire extinguisher, air cleaner, voltage regulator, steering wheel, fuel tank straps, under-hood mounted lube chart holder, WWII take-out hood hold-downs, new hood blocks, etc. There are too many to list items . . .Various Jeep Vendors have been utilized in order to complete this jeep.
This Jeep is used to be Ren Bernier’s 1944 Willys MB 392034 project. I even have a signed and dedicated book of “WWII Jeep Guidebook”. If buyer wanted I can add another signature there and personalized it for you to continue the jeeps legacy.”
