This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Looks solid, but lacks combat rims. No pics provided of the engine.

“Willy’s 1944 MB Jeep. Needs total restoration. Does not run. Comes with four Combat rims not the wheels on it in the photos. Rare variation of the Jeep one of the few made for beach landings. Originally equipped with T-1 air compressor oversized 750-16 tires, special spare tire mount and foot still has special instruction plaque on dash for tire pressure. Sold as is. Bill of sale only”
Lacks combat rims and has a hood bump; probably had a different engine at some point.

“1944 Willys MB Jeep. Have owned since 2001. Approx: in 2010, took to Army Jeep Parts in Bristol for upgrades. New Timing Chain, Radiator and Rebuild of Carburator a few of the upgrades. 4 page invoice included in sale. Runs and drives great but needs to go to a good home for more TLC and to be enjoyed/shown. Since rebuild, approx: driven 5-10 miles a year”
