Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Nothing jeep here, but an otherworldly creature none-the-less.
“I have for sale a 1957 snow cat I think it’s a thiokol. it looks to be about 90% complete. The tracks need to be rebuilt and it could use some new tires. Could be a really cool old snow cat when finished. Be the envy of all the other ice fishermen this winter. $2500 OBO will consider trades looking for a complete sand rail or boomsticks mostly also a camp trailer but interested in lots of stuff. I’ve never seen one of these bodies. Unfortunately, the Dune Buggy Archives site isn’t working correctly, so I can’t tell what type of body it is.
