This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Husbands 1948 Rare Army Jeep Willys CJ2 is taking up too much space in our garage. True “barn find” is all original including motor that currently doesn’t run. Frame is solid. Just don’t have the time for it and would love to see it go to a new home! No title.”
Update: **Sold** was $1000.
The engine runs, but it doesn’t move yet. I don’t know if it is a true 6×6 or not.
“1972 Attex Chief 400 amphibious 6 wheel. Aka Banana Split. Complete, tires good, chains and axles ok. New clutch and battery. Powered by Rockwell with Mikuni carburetor. Got it running but not moving. $1000 or bo”

“Jeep cj2a will run with some minor work but the engine burns some oil. I had it running recently and parked it where it sits. It would make a cool rock crawler or off road project vehicle. Trades considered for two stroke dirt bike or stand up jet ski”

There’s not specific year printed on this CJ-5 brochure out of Switzerland. I’m guessing circa 1958 given the blue jeep logo.
