This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: John has this rebuilt M-274 Mule for $17,000 (As nice of a Mule and as equipped as I’ve ever seen). If interested, comment below and I’ll send you his email address.

This is an early CJ2A Willys Jeep with a column shift. Jeep was originally green with yellow wheels. Tub and frame have original matching vin tags. Trans and transfer case are original. I have another original column that goes with including new shift rods. Engine is free but has small crack in water jacket. I am including another early cj block that is in good shape. I wanted to restore this one as column shift jeeps were only made for a few months. Plans have changed so it is up for sale.”
