This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “2 1957 Willys Jeep FC150s. 1 parts mostly complete no title, 1 great running and driving with title. New tires. Rebuilt engine. New complete tune up and service. Custom made radiator with electric cooling fan. We use it around the farm. You could drive it home. Its pretty low geared. $5000 for both. This is a super rare vehicle. No low ball offers please. Can deliver both for a fee. NO TRADES. Cash only. Only selling to free up some cash to purchase some equipment for my business.”
UPDATE: According to the author in the 1964 Jeep News Vol. 10 No. 7, this article was published in the September 1964 issue of Trailer Life (I previously guess it was in 1963).
I bought a wagoner literature combo off ebay that included the “Test the ‘Jeep’ Wagoneer” excerpt from an unknown issue of Trailer Life Magazine that also included the early Wagoneer brochure on the post below this one. There are still two sets of these available for purchased the last time I checked.
The writer, Bruce Grantland, concluded that the Wagoneer was a new type of vehicle for towing, better suited to towing long distances in remote areas better than any other vehicle of the time.
This was purchased on eBay along with the Trailer Life excerpt showcased in the above post. To me, the art and color choices seem particularly good.
The caption suggests that this sniper could be in big trouble, as he was found shooting in civilian dress.

Given the lift and the rear PTO, there could be value here.
“Guess what? I have been asked again to find another new owner for another new sweet ride! Sometimes I feel like I must be dreaming! I am guessing from the split windshield, marked Willys windshield frame and head that she is a 1946-1949 Willys.
This forgotten gem has plenty of original parts that include the head from the original motor, fenders, hood, grill, PTO, fuel pump, driveshafts, exhaust manifold, gauges, carburetor, fan and more!
The Jeep itself is in very restorable condition, minus the motor, but transmission is still in it! Tires hold air, but are very weather cracked. It appears that the floor had been replaced at one time. Rolls freely, will come with Bill of sale only, no title.
The pictures aren’t there best due to low lighting and shows in some pictures as it being yellow it is not, she is white. If you need additional photos please ask and I will do my best to get them. If you are reading this ad it is still for sale! I will not reply to anyone only asking is it still available. Asking $2600 or best reasonable offer. Cash only no trades!
