About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

Dan shared this nice looking CJ-2A with a Kelly 23 series hardtop. This HiBid auction ends with a soft close in 23 days. This does have some unusual looking hubs, which I imagine are just a cover over the original hubs?

“Read!!!! Currently not Running!!! Does not Run!!! This Jeep has been built into a great trail rig that would probably also drive well on the road. It has a later model front axle with disc brakes front and rear. Also it has power steering and sway bars that are also great for the street. It has a s10 4.3 engine. I’m currently not getting power at the switch. I’m not the best with electrical. I’m open to trades on dual sport motorcycles and dune buggies possibly a jet boat for the river. I’m going to apply for a title soon”
“So last year I decided I wanted another Willys wagon, and I ended up getting 4. We are moving and I am losing my shop space, and I don’t have a good place to store anything, so I have decided to sell the nicest one of the 4. It has a Chevy 327 engine with a TH400 trans. The TC (300) and axles (D44s) are out of a scout. Runs and drives great. The only issue I know of is the fuel gauge does not work. I did not build this Jeep so probably can’t answer all the questions, but I’ll tell you what I know. There is one bad spot in the paint on the left rear fender, I’ll add another pic of it later. I have $24000 into this wagon so I am selling it for a loss. It’s located in Greenville UT. Will not respond to canned “is it available” messages.”
JW added a comment to one of the VIASA posts, which led me to do some googling. I landed on this YouTube video that appears to do a good job sketching the history of VIASA and the vehicles.
I just picked up this Viasa brochure from Egypt via eBay (along with some other 1 sheet brochures). Note that these rigs are all powered by the Perkins Diesel. I’ve dated this using the legal notice at the bottom of page three that ends in “1969”.
