About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
This might be a Safari-Kar build, though I can’t tell for sure.
“Great running custom Jeep. This is an ex postal Jeep (right hand drive) rebuilt and converted to look like a CJ. Inline 6 cylinder, auto trans (drips a little fluid), 2 wd. Solid frame and body(minimal rust), oversized tires (weather cracks), no top, no doors, what you see is what you get. It’s dependable and it’s also 43 years old. It was completely rebuilt 10+ years ago. No trades, cash only. Will not reply to “still for sale” send a number to call or text. Too many scammers out there.”
“It is complete with the shifter, drive shaft and rear pto unit. The shifter handle looks as if it has been welded and I would add more weld and then grind it down smooth to give it a finished look. The drive shaft rubber has some cracks in it. Please look at the pictures. All of it is priced at $650 plus shipping from 63801.”

“52 Willys CJ3A for sale. Clean title. Runs well, but needs complete restored. Not registered. Used for plowing my driveway for many years. Comes with complete plow set up. 6 Volt, L head 134 engine. (New old stock replaced head). New distributor. Have extra parts, rims, manual, etc. Would need to be transported when picked up. Asking $ 2000 OBO. Serious offers only. Original motor and drive train to my knowledge.”
“1956 Willys pickup with a PTO post hole auger on the back. Has a hydraulic pump that lifts, lowers and tilts side to side. If you want to dig holes for fencing, it works, just old, ugly and rusty. No title. Off road only. Had lots of new parts. Cap/rotor/coil, plugs, wires, exhaust, air cleaner, alternator, manifold gasket, battery, re-wired ignition and battery/starter cables, solenoid, starter, fuel lines, fuel filter, oil change, gauge set and more. Brakes aren’t hooked up. Runs, drives, digs. Not pretty but functions. Frame is repaired in many places. 1500 obo will deliver at extra cos”
“1946 Willy’s Jeep CJ2A runs and drives GREAT! Has had some body work done so yes it has some body filler but looks nice. Has one spot that needs fixed (pictured). Bought it from a retired vet. Pretty neat old vehicle that isn’t perfect but is way fun!! Only thing that doesn’t work that I’m aware of it the windshield wiper. Engine purrs like a kitten! Located in Dalton, Ohio May trade for other Jeeps or Steiner/Ventrac tractors.”
