“1946 Willy’s Jeep CJ2A with title and tags. The seats and canvas top with doors are in a crate, also the engine is disassembled in a crate and appears to have been machined. I am in no hurry to sell it and I’m not hurting for money. I’m giving someone else the opportunity to own this and spend the time restoring it. $6,500 or best offer. “I’m moving out of state and am looking for someone that would be willing to take over my project. Read description and see the last photos!!! This 1950 Willys CJ3A has been in my possession for the past 5 years. I have bought it with intention of rebuilding it from ground up. It has been disassembled to the last bolt, frame has been blasted and painted using rust encapsulating paint. Bumpers installed. Axles, transmission, transfer case disassembled, cleaned, painted, ready to be put together. Original engine, L134, has not been touched and is not turning over even by hand. Cylinders have been soaking in WD40 for the past few years. It is all there except: fenders, one rim, seat frames, fuel tank, steering wheel. Clean title! Everything is in storage in Schiller Park and would have to be picked up from there. Let me know should you have any specific questions. I have a lot of photos from disassembly process.”
