About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“I have rebuilt t18 transmission ( spent $1300) with Novak adapter to a cj2a dana 18 ( rebuilt) with warn overdrive ( rebuilt by Olympic 4×4) combo that I need to sell. I had this combo built years ago but never completed the project so it has zero miles. I have paperwork on tranny and overdrive but cannot find transfer case paperwork. Have all shifters and linkage for all. This has been in my shop collecting dust for many years but has been inside the whole time. It is currently attached to a ford 289 (zero mile since built) but I may keep that for my bronco”

(10/05/2017) A “rehab” is a fair way to describe this.
“This Willys Jeep CJ2A has had an off-chassis rehab. It has a green exterior with gray interior. It is powered by a 4-cylinder Hurricane engine with manual transmission. This Jeep is 70 years old and was built after WWII. Titled as 1946 Jeep.”
These photos didn’t scan real well, but show that the jeep held its own in Australian and Tasmanian newspapers. Some of the photos below appeared in multiple newspapers. If you’d like to do your own searches, start at https://elephind.com/. This resource searches several million newspapers.
“I have TWO Rolling Chassis. The goal was to combine these two trucks in a restoration project and have since had a little boy and need more than two seats to justify restoring an old truck but I really LOVE the FC trucks. Below I will provide the very best details I have.
1958 FC-150 body and tub (no drive train). Great shape. Barn kept from southern Colorado in the desert.
Exterior: Minimal rust (mainly in the bed seams), cab corners are great and rust free. Windshield and rear window but no side glass. Spare tire, gas tank and tailgate all present. Front and rear bumpers are original. Tires hold air but are not road worthy. I have a set of 31×10.5R15 that are in good shape that will go with the truck. Great Patina!! Continue reading →
