“I’m selling my 1952 Willys M-38. This is the military version of the Willys CJ2A. This Jeep was an Air Force Ordinance Vehicle in the Korean War and according to the serial number saw service in country in Korea and made it back to the USA. It still has some vestiges of Air Force blue paint on the speedometer bezel and the rear axle. I am the 3rd civilian owner and I’ve owned it for about 10 years. It is mechanically sound and rust free. Everything works and it works very well. This is not a project Jeep. When I bought the Jeep it had the Buick V6 that is in it and it ran good but the wiring, brakes and paint were bad. I have totally upgraded this Jeep.
Still has the V6 emblem on the side.
“1968 jeep cj-5. Very original. Second owner. Bought from the original owners daughter. Was used on grandpa’s farm in California. Buick v6. Runs good. Just after the willys name. Believe it was Kaiser at the time. Very straight very original. Has the door frames and top frames still. Was gonna chop it up for a hot rod but it’s really too nice. I still might if I get around to it. Great little jeep.”
