About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“This is a great project jeep, currently running. I have put a lot of work into it but I’m selling it because I don’t have much time to keep working on it. Considering this is a 1964 the body is in okay condition, has a some rust. Engine works great. The jeep has new spark plugs, new fuel pump, new metro cylinder, has new brake and gas lines. I can get the title in 2 days if you want it. ”
“up for sale I have a 1953 willys jeep this was used for off road only and does not have a title. ran great when I parked it and will run great again after a little tlc. really not wanting to let it go but i just got married so have to make room. The frame is perfect and straight body has some issues but perfect for some off road fun I have steel doors and a steel top for it as well. it has all been converted to 12v and has a bus heater in it for the winter she does have some minor issues but nothing mechanical the rims and tires pictured will not come with it i have another set that is similar might consider partial trades for AR,1911 or honda youth atv looking to get 1500 obo no reasonable offer refused if interested lmk and I can get up and running again just needs solenoid and a few wires ran questions call or text anytime”
“I bought this wagon to be my winter driver but then found a ’89 Grand Wagoneer and decided to keep it instead. Tough decision. Over the years I have owned three other Utility Wagons and this one is a match to my favorite of those three. If not for money issues I’d keep it for sure.
Your magnet will love this rig: if there’s any rust I haven’t found it. The two-tone paint has been resprayed once. The white is fine; the gold is sunburnt. Front seats have been recovered; rear seats are factory. Overall the car is complete and pretty-much all original. Interior needs some tlc but it’s all there. Headliner is serviceable.
One owner for over fifty years. Purchased new here in Bend. I got it from his daughter and son-in-law who had intended to use it as a marketing tool for a business that never materialized. They spent a ton of money on it and then it sat. Zero miles on tie-rod ends, seals, radiator, carb, tires, brakes, and more. Glass is good. As I recall the mileage on the car is just over 100K.
Owner’s manual, service manual, clean title. The 230 OHC Tornado runs well. Fuel/vacuum pump leaks, charging system needs attention. I haven’t yet driven the Jeep but it’s very close to being streetable.
I’ll entertain cash offers but I will not give the car away. Try and find another one as original and unmolested as this….”
Mark Smith’s son Tom just completed this great documentary about a 1941 Slat Grille. George Baxter narrates the video. The jeep is for sale.
Go inside Army Jeep Parts, Inc. and uncover a nearly perfect restoration of one of the oldest Willys Jeeps in existence. Delivered Christmas Eve of 1941 (not long after the attack on Pearl Harbor) this World War II Slat Grille marks the start of production of the American legend we all know and love.
THIS JEEP IS FOR SALE. Own a piece of American history by contacting: sales@armyjeepparts.com.
Mark shared a photo of his CJ-3B spruced up for Christmas. Candy canes on the rims and red and green on the winch (that is one nicely rolled winch, too).

(10/20/2015) This is an ex forest jeep. It was stationed at the Clark-McNary Forest as part of the University of Nebraska. Must have been one of at least three jeeps (given there is a #3 on the side of the jeep).
