Seller rebuilt this while caring for his terminally ill wife. Brakes went out, so he’s selling it at a bargain price.
“Please READ this is a before accident PICs I flipped this car and needs repair…if your interested send me an email and I’ll send you PICs of damage. After having a test drive my brakes went out…I’m selling as a fixer upper…$26000 in receipts.
98 % complete needs a few final touches…Everything gone through…no rust, new paint inside and out, rubber, glass, headliner, white wall tires new or replated chrome original radio…rewired 12 volt system and electric wipers. Everything else is back to stock much more replaced. It has the F-6 161 Hurricane 685 Engine very rare 1952-1955. Sandblasted to bare metal professional paint job. This was a project I did while taking care of my terminally ill wife, she has passed and it is why I’m selling it. I’m willing to negotiate with shipping. A perfect parade vehicle…the PICs speak for themselves…I can email more. ”

This has full floating rear hubs, square bolt heads on the windshield, and other characteristics of a ’45 VEC. That front bumper mod sure is curious.
“1946 cj2a column shift with tool indents on driver side. Has f head that is stuck. Trans and transfer case move. Has rust in normal cj2a spots. Rolls good tires hold air. No hood. Good for parts jeep or off road project. Possible trade/part trade for 220 mig welder, hot rod stuff, pre 60s gas pumps, porcilian sighns ext. no title no vin tags. Sold with bill of sale only.”

I had this listed in Wyoming, but the Alaska plates (last pic) combined with the palm trees (first pic) have me thinking it is elsewhere. Paul, you didn’t tell me there are palm trees in Anchorage!?!?

“1943 Ford GPW flat fender, total restoration. New everything, 350 Chevy motor has 100 hours. New wheels, tires, brakes, hubs, and frame. Newly repainted. Rebuilt transmission. Tilt steering, PSC steering box. Sharp looking jeep!”



This was a column shift (now floor shift) with the square bolt heads on the windshield. The rims look early as well. It could be worth a look.
