About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“46 CJ2A project, Has V6 with adapter not installed, Some rust in tub but very salvageable. Clean title on non op. Many parts stored inside not shown in pictures. Will trade, Located near Redding”
A May 1957 article from Willys News reported that the first FC-150 to Alaska was sent by plane. Unfortunately, to fit on the plane it had to be disassembled. Look how close that cab is to not fitting. Someone in Alaska sure wanted that FC badly!
“1946 jeep willys, runs and drives, just needs finishing of restoration. New transfer case and has tow bar with it. Original “hurricane” 4 cylinder engine. Serious inquiries only.”
“1948 Willys CJ2A. Has the PTO that shifts and turns freely. Has all 5 original 16″ wheels. Body has very little rust and is a very nice restorable body. The hood is beat up but fixable and the windshield frame is really solid. Body, frame and serial numbers are 152754. Tub ACM is 141992, I can’t see a tailgate ACM. Engine is 3J 29374. I have the title that was signed off from the original owner but the engine has been swapped out so it’s sold with a bill of sale and I’ll include that title. Email any other questions. Thanks for looking.”

“1946 CJ2A Jeep that I started restoring. Jeep runs good but needs new clutch. Has all new brake hubs and studs, new back brakes, new master cylinder, new exhaust, two back new wheel cylinders and master cylinder. No title. Started restoring but don’t have time to mess with it.”
“I have for sale a authentic WWII jeep believed to be built in 1944. The title shows 1947, but I believe this was when it was sold as surplus. The engine and transmission are out of a 1953 willys cj3b, though not original, runs and shifts fine. It currently has a hard top, but I do have another windshield for when the top is removed or replaced with a soft top. I currently have the doors off due to It’s missing the drivers side hinges.
PLEASE NOTICE the other windshield has broke, but is still in itse frame. The door’s have a broke window each. But at least its all flat glass and relatively inexpensive compared to other glass. The tires came off another jeep that was sitting so they will need replacing. Brakes need to be blead.”
