About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“I have a 1948 willys jeep, has a built 283 chevy small block. 3 speed with syncros first but not the t90. Dana 18 tcase. Dana 44 rear and dana 25 front. I had just got her running and driving. Runs great! Drives like it should! No rust and no rust holes but its primer. Im not actually to interested in selling her but I will for the right price or right offer! Worst I can say is no.”
“I have a 1954 willys jeep was someone’s project at one point and time. There is now a title. The motor is a 350 and locked up the tranny is good. It has 35×12.50r15 size tires. This is rough but worth it once going. Asking price is $1500.00obo or trade. It would be a fun project for a father and son. I’m looking for atv, or 1980’s dodge d100, or s10..”
It sure looks like there is value in this truck. This might be lacking a title.
“Hello there,up for sale is a 1952 jeep willys truck,it is a parts vehicle only…this truck is in Awesome condition for its age.I wish I could keep it but unfortunately I rather have the cash to pay off my debt then a truck sitting around.the truck has a crysler 225 from the 1960 something.it still has the original transmission 4×4 of course.I’m sad to let it go as this was a project I really wanted to finish but now I cant.

“1954 Willys Jeep for parts. Frame is good , rear ends are good, Tranny is good. Has Buick V6 motor in it, which is junk. There is also a hood and windshield that goes with this. No title. Serious inquiries only please.”
(06/23/2013) While this may be titled as a 1949, only the serial number can verify if it is one of the rare CJ-2As manufactured in 1949.

Everything on this jeep works, and she runs and drives good. She has locking hubs on her axles, full size spare, full enclosure with windows and doors. Call or text to make it yours today.”
Steve found this unusual article about a soldier that lost his jeep and trailer. As punishment, his pay was docked by the cost of the jeep. Here’s a link to the original article.
A Soldier Strips the Romance out of Life at War Post #188 Note:- Gen. J.C.H.Lee was known to Combat GIs as J***S C****T Himself!! Not affectionately!!
A few days after I made the above post I recalled an incident
I was involved in Paris that showed the real difference between
their life and it’s absurdity that the Army allowed to exist.
A man in our unit was located by the Red Cross so that he
could be returned home as one of his brothers was KIA and
another lost his right arm and since the family was a farming
family he was needed more there than in the ETO.
