About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“I have a 1946 Willys CJ2A 4×4 for sale. It has the v-6 buick 225 odd fire motor and the usual three speed manual transmission with the twin stick transfer case. The jeep runs good and has small lift on 33s with new rancho 5000 shocks and Dana 44 rear. Great hunting or ranch rig. It comes with soft top and doors, bikini top, rifle rack, off road lights, off road jack, and jerry cans”
“Assembled by a former airline pilot and mechanic”
“Assembled by a former airline pilot and mecahnic, custom paint job. This is the real deal! 1946 Willys Jeep with 72,000 miles Excellent condition. Comes with powerful CD stereo system. New tires, new clutch. Ready to sell, just in time for summer.”
Charles shared these photos from the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Antwerp (September 4, 1944). Obviously not all these are WWII jeeps, but it’s all for fun and remembrance 🙂
“This is an Original Color Patriotic Letterhead dated 1942 Featuring a U S Army Jeep chasing Hitler, Mussolini and Tito Right off the map. Great item printed by “Copyright 1942 By Porto Server Chicago”. The 7” X 10 1/2” letter sheet is in excellent condition. This is one of a collection of WWII Patriotic Stationary items we have on auction at this time.”
UPDATE: Now on eBay. This was for sale in Parachute, Colorado, in May of 2014. The dash has no instruments. Instead, they’ve been planed on a console between the seats.

There are some interestin storage addons in the cab area. I wonder how you release the windshield with the thing on the dash covering the left windshield latch?
“1964 Willy’s jeep. Has a small block chevy v8 motor. Runs great. Manual trans, 4X4 High low. Has Overdrive. Pink in hand, registration up to date. “
Looks like there is some value. Seller would like to trade for a newer running jeep, which suggests an overestimation of the value. Obviously NOT a WWII jeep.
“his Jeep has all original parts all except the seats, the engine is a F-Head 134 Cub. Inch. with a 3 – speed manual Transmission. The WWII jeep is a restoration project it is in good condition considering the age of the Jeep very little rust.
The jeep has an extra engine head and it also has two extra tires (all the tires need to be replaced) I would like to sell it for cash although I would be interested in a newer running Jeep as a trade??? MAKE ME AN OFFER – $$ OR TRADE For an new running jeep??”
