The October 19, 1942, issue of the Toledo News published this article about the “Jeep Girls” new safety outfit.

“Selling my toy. Stored inside, very good condition, original steel body, no rust, 4cyl. flathead, T90 3 speed trans., 2 stick transfer case. New top, wheels and tires, seats, gage’s, radiator, battery and master cylinder. 12 volt conversion with alternator. Set of original wheels included.”
