“I BOUGHT THIS WILLYS A FEW MONTHS AGO AS A PROJECT. MY JOB HAS CHANGED NOW I AM ON THE ROAD ALL THE TIME. THE JEEP RUNS DRIVES AND LOOKS GOOD IT NEEDS TO BE DRIVEN AS IS OR RESTORED TO ITS GLORY DAYS. I AM JUST LOOKING TO GET WHAT I PAID FOR IT 4000.00. ”

Runs, but needs some bodywork.
“1960 Willys Wagon, with the original 6 cylinder and 3 speed transmission, and solid axle four wheel drive. The brakes have been re-done, and a new battery installed. The old Willys runs good, and goes down the road good. The Willys still has the original seats. The previous owner repaired the floorboards and the rust above the right side rear wheel well. I added a photo of the left rear wheel well, which is the only rust spot on the Willys Wagon.”
Runs.
“1942 willys jeep for sale. Runs and drives great. 4×4 works good. Original engine and tranny. Everything works great. Lots of original parts and some extra stuff added to it.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $550.
Seems like a good price.
“This would be a good project or parts vehicle.”
Top rims pictured need a closer examination.
“I have 4 WWII combat wheels for a Willy MB and Ford GPW. In the first picture, the bottom two rims look goo. The top let rim has a very small amount of metal eroded away around the valve stem hole. The top right rim has holes (you can stick your fingers through) around the valve stem area (shaded area in picture)”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1500.
Looks to have value. No title.
I have an old Willy’s jeep CJ2A I need to sell. Been in a barn over 20 years till the barn blew down. It does not run and cannot find title but it is a solid jeep for its age.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was Best Offer.
It’s a project with a DJ body on a CJ (of some kind) chassis.
“Up for sale is my completely stripped down 1956 CJ-3 Willy’s Jeep Project. This has been sitting in my workshop for long enough, so its time for someone else to take it over. I learned a lot on this project – the biggest thing being that I don’t have time for a project like this!
The engine was removed in the fall of 2013 and the block planed and bored by Monarch. The head was planed as well. You get everything you see in the pics. It should be everything you need to rebuild with the exception of a gasket kit and either a new exhaust manifold or a heat riser kit to repair the one that you see on the bench. The body seems to be from a DJ best I can tell, but the chassis and running gear is definitely CJ (i.e. it is 4WD, etc and all the data plates point to CJ).
