About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

(05/23/2013) The seller labels this a WWII Jeep in the Craigslist title, but it looks more like a CJ-3A.
“I have a Willys Jeep that would be a great base for a restoration project. The motor purrs, and was just put in after being gone over thouroughly. It starts quickly and idles effortlessly.
The body is a little rough, but everything is mostly there and needs only time and TLC.
You basically have to see it to assess what you need to do. It will make someone a nice project because the basics are all there pretty much. It is driveable as you can see in the pics.
Finding one of these driveable is rare (unless restored), and most aren’t even a rolling chassis.
If you want to see it, it will be at the Ripkin Stadium in Aberdeen, Maryland this weekend for the Military Flea Market. Come and see it and make me an offer !
I’m asking a very reasonable $3500 WITH TITLE ! GETTING A WILLYS WITH TITLE IS VERY RARE ! If I don’t sell it at the show, it will be back in Bel Air after Saturday.
I also can deliver it for you for a reasonable fee.
Bob spotted this photo of a FC-170 built for airports. It’s caption read “New for 1957”. Like the CJ-5 and Jeep Truck airport vehicles, this likely had dual tanks, possibly for water, de-ice or refuse. Here are more examples at the CJ-3B page: http://cj3b.info/Literature/AircraftSupport.html

It has the original seat frames, roof bows, air cleaner, and a RARE PTO system complete with lever, drive shaft, and rear mounted gear box. 16″ wheels etc.etc. The engine is set up from sitting , my friend said it ran when he parked it. This is an excellent candidate for restoration. Please see pic’s. This is being sold with NO RESERVE! as is, where is. Email us with any questions. Thanks for looking and Good Luck!”
Runs, but needs a little work. This isn’t too far from me.
“I have a 1943 Jeep with front mount snow plow for sale. Jeep starts and runs, however the front wheels are not getting power, might be an easy fix for someone who knows what they are doing. Brakes work but the the fluid will leak out. Plow seems to work good and you can angle it from the seat. $1950.00 Clear title. ”
