This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This little jeep saw action in Vietnam and is looking for a new home. It would be great for hunters wanting to get around rugged property. This is a true barn find. The body is rust-free. There is a small amount of rust in the rear floor pan. The engine runs and the transmission is good. This a highly collectible jeep.”

“4 chrome 15×10 American Racing Wheels. 5×5.5 lug pattern. Fits older Ford, Jeep CJ, and Dodge trucks. These would be great for putting on the weekend mudders. Asking $50. Only have one center cap. Some rust, not perfect.;”

(06/06/2014) This is installed on a CJ-3B currently.
“this is a half cab that is sitting on a 54 CJ3B, might fit others, not sure. This is not in bad shape, but it DOES need some work, around the lower panels in the bed, the rear window is missing, inside there is a little surface rust, mostly flaking paint, both doors open and close and windows go up and down, lights may be included, fuel filler is NOT included, no other body parts for sale. SELLING FOR BEST OFFER, still attached to Jeep, you can remove or I will, text or email only”

“Selling my 1944 jeep willys. 283 sbc motor. Rebuilt tranny & transfer case. New 33″ tires brand new bestop softop still in box. Super fun jeep. All new wiring but needs to be finished.”
A service station merchandising contest in 1955 was sponsored by the B.F. Goodrich company. Six cream, blue and red CJ-5s were given away as prizes. The article was published in the May 1955 issue of Willys News.
