Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. The body sure looks good.
“This is a disassembled 1946 CJ 2A. Its nearly 100% complete. Its missing the engine block (strange, I know), but all the internals are here.
This is a super clean tub with NO RUST. The grill and fenders are in outstanding condition. The hood does have some Bondo on it. I can only tell from the cracks.
The T90 transmission and D18 transfer case are included. I also have the drivelines. The frame is outstanding! The colmn and steering gear box are good condition.
This thing needs to be assembled…thats it. $1500 obo
With a full price offer, I’ll include a second rolling frame (no rust) that is setup for a SBC. I’ll also include the adapter for a SBC. Additionally, I’ll include a second transmission, radiator, drivelines, and misc other parts.”
