About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“953 Willys CJ3A Jeep, new paint and upholstery. 12 volt conversion on a great running L134 cubic inch 4 cylinder engine, 3 speed standard transmission shift good and the 4 wheel drive works well also. The floor pan and the inside panels have been rhino lined and the jeep has 5 new Goodyear tires. Has a tow bar also. A lot of attention to detail was put into this jeep. For $9100 OBO you could own a piece of history that will go just about anywhere.”

(04/16/2013) The mileage is supposed to be 3,901 miles. It doesn’t looks like it’s been used much OR it’s been rebuilt.

I’ve listed below what the jeep consists of.
Dana 25 front axle / Dana 44 rear axle (5.38 gears)
T90 3 speed transmission / D18 transfer case
Chevy fuel injected 4.3L T.B.I (approximately 65K on motor) with custom aluminum radiator — very clean swap using Advanced Adapters adjustable motor mounts
Advanced Adapters headers
Ford reverse rotation P.S. gear box attached by Herm the Overdrive Guy’s custom mount at front of frame near cross member for superior strength (presently not in PS mode due to no PS pump on motor — using as manual steering, which actually works quite well)
9″ drum brakes w/new pads, wheel cylinders, and brake lines front & rear
New master cylinder and relocation bracket
New shocks front & rear
Optima yellow top battery
Digital gauges (oil pressure, volts, fuel, temp)
34 x 10.50 x 15 Super Swamper LTB’s on black steel wheels (only 1K miles on tires)
Corbeau front bucket seats with 3 point harness / Corbeau rear seat & 2 seat belts
Full roll cage
Full soft top and doors — like new condition
Bedlined inside and out (underneath) with Al’s Liner (similar to Line-X)
Jeep is located in Caro, Michigan 48723
Thanks for looking.”

“I bought this Willys Jeep as a 1952 but think it is a 1953. It is a CJ3B with the best engine I ever heard on an old jeep. It is a flat fender jeep and buyers need to look at this jeep. Come and see at my yard sale on July 4,5,6,&7 at 2130 U S Rte 5 N in Windsor, Vermont if it is still here. 8026745057 wes”
“This jeep has no title but is restorable and the data tags are all there so a bonded title would be cheap and easy. The body needs floors but is doable. It comes with a rollbar and a hard to find koenig hardtop and stock heater. Feel free to email with any questions or pics.”
