About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“You are bidding on an Historic 1944 image of U.S. Army Jeeps driving through recently-liberated Rome. This piece measures approximately 4 1/4 by 4 1/2 inches and is in very good original condition, ready to be trimmed, matted and framed.”
Goodian1 pointed out this auction for a rare compressor.
“You are bidding on an ORIGINAL WESTINGHOUSE T1 COMPRESSOR This compressor was an extremely rare accessory for FORD GPW or WILLYS MB Jeep and some 1 1/2 ton and 2 1/2 ton WW2 trucks.”
“I have three jeeps. One does run and I have been driving it around my property. It has the flathead, rebuilt carb, new fuel pump, it runs good and does not burn oil. The transmission works great and does not jump out of 2nd or 3rd. The t-case works fine. It needs body work and frame has some cracks and has been welded on. One of the other jeeps has the flathead and complete drivetrain. Engine turns over but I have not started it. The third jeep has no engine but is good for parts. I have one clear colorado title for one jeep.”
This could use a better restoration, but it appears solid.
“Up for sale is a 1950 Willys Jeepster, a truely special rare car that deserves a home that will appreciate it. This Jeepster is one of only 5,836 that were produced in 1950. It is an extremely solid car, the paint is in great shape, and the interior is in great shape as well. Extremely solid, no rust except for a minor rust bubble on the rear driver fender shown in the pictures. This Willys runs great and is ready for a new owner. This Jeepster has the overdrive option.”

“1945 WW2 Jeep willys MB or ford GPW airborne dump trailer. This was manufactured by Converto Manufacturing Inc. to be towed behind the WW2 jeeps. This trailer was assembled in 1945 and as shown by the picture has its original data tag. This trailer is not rotted out and the bed area has no holes. Several dents in the rail area as this was a working utility trailer for a family until I spotted it 2 weeks ago. The tailgate is intact but has moderate scale rust but no holes. There is one blackout light left on the rear.”
For several weeks we’ve been confused about this PTO. Brian wrote last night, “John from R&P 4WD finally figured out what it was. It is a very rare dana 20 front output PTO for cj5 built by Koenig. It is extremely heavy duty and very well built. This one looks to be in great shape, just dirty.”
Brian also has a model 100 winch. The PTO and winch would be $1400. He also has a recently rebuilt model 51j pto to go with the winch, for the guys with Dana 18 t case. Same price.”

Durabak liner used on interior, hood and fenders .Has easily detachable tow bar and towing lights .Georgia is a “NO TITLE” state for older vehicles-this one is registered, tagged and street legal. “Here is GPW 7608. This is one of the very early and rare jeeps built by Ford but they did not have any frames so they had to put them on Wills MB frames. This jeep came from the factory in February or March 1942 having a Ford body on a Willys frame. This jeep is a very desirable jeep once restored and it will need a full restoration. It has Ford front seats, early axles, radiator, Ford GPW engine but missing the pistons, Ford GPW head, T-84 transmission case with no gears, Ford GPW transfer case and some data plates. The center nomenclature plate is missing but does exist in the collection of a very well known WWII Jeep supplier in Oregon and may become available. I will provide the name and details to the winning bidder. A photo is shown in the data base on the G503 web site. There is no title but I can obtain one if it is needed to be shipped overseas(for extra cost). I can haul this jeep to the port in Oakland for the cost of my gas. Shipping overseas is no problem at all and I have a great shipping company I can recommend.”
