UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $700.
This trailer looks like a good price. I got curious about the number of Willys Overland trailers produced. After some searches, I learned that a contract for the first 10,000 trailers was given to Willys. A follow up contract for 5000 trailers was given to Bantam. Near the end of the war there were a variety of companies that produces a small number of trailers. This link shares that information: http://jeepdraw.com/Chucks_Trailers.html
“This is a World War II Willy utility trailer. It is extremely rugged and has been modified with ball hitch. Great for hunting, camping or hauling.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $750.
It had to go “today” two days ago, so not sure if it is still available or not.
“$750 OBO today takes this classic panel wagon home. Project vehicle. Ran in the last year. Title in hand. Motor is mid 90’s GMC Jimmy V6″
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $20.
“I just pulled these off of my Willys ’51 CJ3A Jeep.
They worked before I removed them.
Sold by Sears MANY years ago under the name Allstate.
They are built like a vault. They don’t make them like these anymore.
These could be a neat addition to a period-correct Jeep restoration!
Not pretty right now but media blast and detail them and they’ll probably clean up REALLY nice.
$20 cash
It’s up to you to insure these fit your Jeep.
NO returns or refunds.
Best I can tell (no guarantees!), these can fit:
10 spline early front axle Jeeps including:
1971-older CJ
66-71 Jeepster and Commando
1973-prior Gladiator, Wagoneer and pickup
1965-prior Pickup and Wagon”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $3000
