About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“These model car plans were taken from a book printed in the 1950s. Great for framing and numerous paper crafts. The plans are original and in good vintage condition. The image measures 5.5″ x 8″ and would look good in a 5″ x 7″ mat or frame. I’ll always include a gift in your order, (always vintage, of course) because presents make me happy.”
UPDATE: I was a bit off on the price. The real price is $375 and shipping is $30 in the US.
I jumped onto Etsy today and did a ‘Willys’ search. One of the things I spotted was this neat little jeep.
“Handmade Willy’s WWII Jeep. Made from Walnut, Cherry, and Maple wood. Lovingly hand cut, carved, and sanded with great attention to detail. Length – 10″ Height – 5 1/2″ Width – 5”
This doesn’t run, but there looks like plenty of parts.
“Jeep FC-170 (forward control) 4WD truck with flatbed. engine is a inline 6 cylinder, manual transmission. Needs work to get this unit running and driving. No title, will have to apply for a lost or abandon vehicle title. I am not sure what year it is. These were made between 1959 thru about 1963. This is a non running project unit so don’t call and ask me stupid questions like if it can be driven home. the answer is NO…bring a trailer to pick it up.”
Hard to see much from the pics. Either that body has been cut or it is an early prototype body of some type (I would guess the former).
“1950’s Jeep Willys CJ3A Serious Offers ONLY!
Body is in good shape has been completely Rhino Lined.
Tires like new. Needs motor. Would make a great project.

Mark listed this truck at jeeptruck.com today. This looks very nice.
“1962 Willys 4X4 Jeep Pickup Truck for sale buy owner. Clear California title with current California Registration till Dec. 2012.
Driven daily. Original, with 230 ci. Overhead cam. 6 cylinder engine runs and drives as good as it looks. All drive train in good working condition. Has front locking hubs. It came stock with the 230 6 cylinder engine and 4.10 axle ratio. It is more driveable on the highway than most old Willys Jeep 4X4 Trucks. All lights, turn signals, brake lights, heater, wipers, defroster, and radio work. It has all original 16 inch wheels with 7.50 16 inch mud and snow tires.
The outside has been repainted once. Inside is all original paint.
This some of the PTO equipment and has the governor knob and cable.
“Been stored in the garage for 15yr and it’s time for it to see a new home. Mostly original, new BestTop seats, NOS steering wheel, reproduction carb, roll bar, 12v conversion. Tub has been modified to move the front seats reward (more leg room up front). PTO unit previously had a front winch and has been removed. Few other odds and ends. Currently non-op and no back fees. NO SMOG!! Would make a great hunting/ranch vehicle with a bit of freshening. Feel free to email questions.”
