Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “We’re selling our 1964 Willy Wagon. Asking price is 3800.00 obo. I have replaced the shocks and gas tank. I bought a new master cylineder, however havent had the time to get it installed. The wagon runs great. We actually were using it as a daily driver.”

Vincent spotted this stock CJ-5. It has good restoration potential.
“For sale 1963 cj 5 2 owner jeep. This Jeep has a factory hardtop with the full size doors, so the windows are much bigger and also roll all the way up and down. The body is very straight, only two small rust spots on the tailgate. Just put new fuel tank and sending unit. Also put new fuel pump tuneup and carburetor rebuild. Runs and drives very well. Very rare find!! 4 cylinder 3speed transmission.”

All wiring, brakes including lines, master cylinder and wheel cylinders, and wheel bearings have been replaced
All seats have been reupholstered
New wheels & tires
Engine runs great and was not rebuilt
All gears in tranny work great
4WD all works
***This Jeep has always been garaged since restoration. I have only put a couple hundred miles on it during the entire time I have owned it.”

(02/18/2013) I believe the body is fiberglass and the front clip is metal. This has a rear PTO I believe, too.
“This Willys Jeep is ready to go anywhere, has the original 4 cylinder godevil in it, PTO works great, 2 new front seats, new tires, front half original, rear half fiberglass, it looks great and runs great lots of fun to drive and gets thumbs up every where we go, Is converted to a 12 volt system. asking 8500, clear title in hand, Thanks.”

“I’m told these are wheels off bantam 1/4 ton trailer. Same bolt pattern as a jeep. 5 on 5 1/4, 4″ center hole , 5 1/4 wide. Some other parts also available, hitch tailgate etc.”

“Custom street rod. 1962 Willys Jeep Pickup body, on a ’68 Chevelle Chasis. Posi rear-end. Brand new Chevy 350 motor with performance parts; spec sheet available. Motor was originally built for a stock car. B&M Shift kit, turbo hyrdromatic 350 trans. With just a little love this jeep will be mint again. No rust, no body damage. Black interior. Bucket seats, black carpet. Shaved doors. Oak door pannels inside”
