This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This is a project. I was going to do a rat rod but going back to boats. It is setting on a S10 frame and is rolling but has no motor transmission or interior. I do have the title and purchase plates and tags for it that are current.”

This 12-page Jeep News issue was a harder one for me to find. It includes a couple advertising inserts as well.
UPDATE: Status unknown. Was $5500. Link was no longer active on the FB group.
This CJ-3B doesn’t have the single gauge, so it is likely earlier than a 1957.

“1962 Willy’s Jeep. Barn find been sitting a long time have not tired to start it. been converted to Buick V6 Has minimal rust in the tub (one hole ) frame looks ok floors look ok it is mostly complete. top is completely dry rotted It was primarily used as a hunting rig in the 70s & 80s. Would make a good project. Have title in hand. No more pictures at this time.”
Has a variety of mods. Only one pic posted. It may have a fiberglass body. The fenders are fiberglass.
