Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This appears solid.
“I am selling my 1948 Jeep. It has a 302 Ford motor, 4 wheel drive high and low, am/FM radio, custom roll bars, new clutch, master cylinder, and starter. Runs great.”
The surface of this body appears good. The windshield looks good. There might be some value here.

(09/12/2010) “Willy’s jeep 1946 with factory hydraulic pump for the snow blade,has rag top with doors. Does not run,but turns over. Rusty with holes,but useable or restoreable,has a heater also. Sold as is. Do not e.mail if you are not willing to pay the price. It has an after market air filter,but I have the original,and the seats are in VGC.”
