About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

Robin had a question about a wagon he just bought. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to research it at the moment, so I’ll throw it out to you all.
Robin writes, ” just purchased a 1957 Station Wagon that, from the pictures on Craigs List, appeared to be a Parkway conversion. Upon further inspection I am totally confused. It has the rear doors of a delivery wagon that appear to be factory. The windows however, are not flush but recessed and the wheel wells are squared instead of rounded. The history, according to the seller, was:
1. sold to US Forest Service
2. 12 years ago sold to a fella in Moab, UT.
3. The gentleman I purchased it from got it three years ago and used it as a “daily driver” for two years. It sat for one year when they decided to sell it.

Here are two pictures from the scam. There’s another one of GPW in a garage, too.
“Up for sale is a 1951 Willy’s three door wagon, runs and drives excellent. The wagon has been re-powered with a 4.3L Chevy motor and transmission, known for their reliability. It is a two wheel drive. The body is in great shape and very little rust, with none in the floor. The wagon has a unique door knob style shifter for the automatic transmission. The interior is extremely well taken care of, the wood slats are in perfect shape and no tear or stains in the interior. Headliner is flawless. The odometer is currently at 96837 and still counting. The white wall tires are in great shape, practically new. Clean title.
Other features of the wagon include: push button door handles, spot light, air bags in the rear suspension to aid in stability and cornering, air conditioning, and heating spare tire with matching hubcap.”
