About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
It appears the tailgate has been eliminated. Apparently, this sports an Olds V-6. I haven’t seen a buick v6 with the alternator swapped to the driver’s side, though I suppose it is possible.
“All steel body, Olds V6. All stock running gear. New battery, rebuild carb ( 08-09) P/S. Manual brakes. Runs fine. Full roll cage. Old AM/FM/cassete and CB. (speakers are in a box, not installed.) Warn winch (not in photos) now mounted. Doors included. New spare. 408-988-0668”
This looks like a very good deal on a vintage looking IH.
“1969 IH Travelall 1100 (1/2 ton 2×4). Runs, drives, registered. AC, PS, 392 V8, 4 spd, and limited-slip type differential. Straight and solid. No door mirrors. Will consider parting-out. Trades considered ( willys mb cj jeep ford gpw dodge wc m37 kaiser m715 international scout vw beetle thing buick riviera honda yamaha suzuki kawasaki street bike ). Email or call Drew at 601.2468. Please make certain to reference the truck so that I can discern legitimate email from spam.”
This appears to have been carefully rebuilt. Looks good.
“Rebuilt power train (134 engine, 3spd transmission, transfer case, differentials) and suspension, tilt steering wheel, roll bar, custom bumpers, digital gauges, more pictures available”
This looks like a very good deal considering the quality of trailer.
“1959 Model CJ-3B running hunting jeep with custom trailer and winch; new jeep tires and spare; heavy roll bar with horizontal gun racks; body is in good condition and jeep runs; custom trailer is tandem axle with ramps, spare battery pocket and lights; original hurricane engine with electric fuel pump added”
“1951 Willys Jeep for sale. Semi restored Willys jeep. This is a hard to find Jeep. Newly painted Battleship Grey and undercoated. new gas tank, gauges, wiring, windsheild, body is in great shape. No dents, rust, or cancer. 4WD and runs great. Stock 4cyl. flathead. Needs new tires and seat covers. Steering wheel is cracked.

I think new paint would help this VEC tremendously. The seller claims to have all the column shift parts.
“1946 willys cj2a jeep, serial number 25786, engine number 26797 (4cyl) original. This jeep starts and runs but is not an everyday driver. The 4 wheel drive works in high and low. The jeep blows a little smoke and needs some brake work. The fenders, hood and frame are in good shape with no rust through that I can see and very little surface rust. If you were going to restore the jeep you would probably have to get a new tub. The tub it has now has rust through in the floor and is very rough. I have lots of extra parts that will go with the jeep, this includes: A NEW WIRING HARNESS (IN THE BOX), TRANSMISSIONS AND TRANSFER CASES, GASKETS, AND A NEW MASTER CYLINDER. (there are more parts that I am not going to list) This jeep has a very low serial number and was originally a column shifter. It was converted to a floor shifter but I think that I have all of the parts to change it back.”
The seller lists both 1951 and 1952 as the years of this jeep.
“1951 willys m38 original with windshield, missing radiator, fan, batteries, stored last 8 years in my shop since early 80’s in a barn, never restored,no money need cash but wont give last flat fender”
“NICE JEEP, NEEDS SOME THINGS TO GET STREET LEAGAL. TITLE IN HAND, FIRES UP WITH NO HESATATION. I DO HAVE THE STOCK WHEELS WITH TIRES, AND A ROLLBAR THAT WAS JUST POWDER COATED AND HAVE NOT YET RE-INSTALED……………. MUST SELL………..”
This looks like a great price. Extra’s include front disc brakes and lockers.
“if you’ve been looking for a fun and unique summer toy, or for a great little trail jeep, then this just might be what you’ve been waiting for. i bought this for 4-wheeling, but also to take to work on nice days and to take my girlfriend out to ice cream, and it quickly turned into a not-so-secret love affair that she was not all that happy about, but tolerated it anyway. the frame is in great shape, and the body is in pretty good shape, considering its a 62 year old New England vehicle….”
