Looks like a very nice CJ-3A with some quality customizations.
“Fully restored from “frame-up” 1951 Willys that is ready for Glamis, trail riding, or the street. Chevy 350 stroked to a 383 that dyno’s at 475 horsepower. Uses 91 pump gas. Comes with street tires and rear sand tires. The Jeep was built by Mike Record in 2000 and the motor was rebuilt (less than 25 hours on it) by Chris Patton.”
UPDATE: The price has dropped to $900 …
There might still be some value in this jeep.
“1947 Willys (Project Vehicle)with clear title. This would be a great project vehicle for someone that has the time, I don’t. I have had this in storage sense 1977 (last time it ran). It has a V6 engine that only had about 5K miles on it before going into storage. The rest of the power train is original 3speed, transfer case, etc. How ever at the moment I’m not able to turn the crank over by hand? It has been stored in a few locations, one garage having leaks. There for it also has its rust problems. I know it also needs a new brakeing system, mufflers, and windsheld, as well. E-mail or call 253 921-2153”

“’42 Willys engine block, Flywheel, clutch and bell housing, $100. [no head]

“1953 Studebaker V-8 Engine. Engine does not run. Stuck.Brakes need rebuilding, Warn locking hubs, Winch is homemade from what appears to be a Model A frame, Vehicle frame is NOT rusted, 1 small rust spot on lower cowl side panel, Right side window is cracked.Stored indoors for last 30 years. Micro Brake Lock emergency brake. Add on turn signals, Rough tailgate and rear bed floor. Floor is repairable.”

“1944 Ford GPW Military Jeep. Here is an immaculately restored World War II military version of the Ford built GPW, commonly called a Jeep. This vehicle is restored just as it was when new, and is correct in all details of configuration except for upgraded 12 volt electrical circuitry to make it more reliable. This incredible time capsule has two piece combat rims, optional axe and shovel, left and right side restraints, auxiliary 5 gallon Jerry can, aft mounted spare tire and front mounted pintle hook.”

This jeep has a few older upgrades. It probably needs some work.
“New or rebuilt everything has a flat heat 6 motor new 2 barrel carburetor, tuneup, breaks, tires, has aftermarket hubs and power steering has a PTO gear type”
For $1600, this looks like it might be a pretty good deal.
“1948 Willys Jeep – 327 eng., new tires, new top. Registered as 1976, won’t smog (Off Road).”

“For Sale – 1955 Willys Jeep with cover. It is a 3-speed with 4-wheel drive low. Brand new tires!”
A reader wanted to share a pic of this beautiful all Jewels Flatfender he built over many years and recently sold. He says he already is at work on another jeep. Hopefully, he’ll provide us with some updates as works on his new project.

“1960’s era Jeep FC-150 (Forward Control) restoration project or parts vehicle. 4cyl OHV, manual trans, hydraulic dump, aux hydraulics, plow mount, single wheel rear axle, many parts interchange with FC 170’s. I can transport vehicle within a 50 mile radius for a small fee. I also have a 1983 Jeep CJ-7 with a small block Chevy 350, 4spd manual trans, hardtop, plow mount, in “need” of restoration or good parts vehicle. Both vehicles ran and are complete, though in “need” of restoration.

“43 willys flat fender. Has sat for around five years. Ran good when parked, may need a little to get going again. Do have original wheels and tires to go with as well. $1000 firm or may trade for nicer firearm”
