Even though the picture isn't great, it's easy to tell this CJ-3B is likely in great shape.
"There no room to list all that this has on it. You really should see it to beleive what it has. I can send photo to the person who has placed a bid. I also have a matching off road cargo trailer that looks great with the 3B. The motor is a 350ci Chevy with only 1000 miles on it. Lots and lots of chrome, just to much to list here. "
This CJ-2A appears well maintained with a very nice, newer Auger. The jeep also sports the rare borg warner overdrive that mounts behind the transfercase output shaft. I doubt any buyer will offer the $9000 starting bid request. Post Hole Digger. Roper?
“I purchased this Willys two years ago and it was what you might call a parade vehicle. Very nice to look at with the wood trim and rust free body. It had been converted to a 12 volt electrical system.”
This CJ-3A looks in great shape with straight fenders, hood and body.
"It has the original flat head 4 cylinder engine and it runs great. Mileage is in excess of odometer limits. It has new wires, plugs and rebuild carburetor. I had the transmission rebuilt (new gears, bearings, bushings….the along with the brakes (great condition). The soft top is about an 8 out of 10 as far as condition and the body is in very good condition as you can see from the pictures… Thanks for looking…..call me at 928-526-8521 Greg or email me at charger500@gregarend.com"
UPDATE: This CJ-3B is back on ebay (last time was mid may). Starting bid is now $2200.
The beginning bid price is $2500, which is a bit high for a non running jeep. The rims and tires look new and in good shape. Westfall Oregon is in the middle of eastern Oregon, a ways off either highway 20 or 26.
"For sale is a 1954 Willys CJ-3B, "High Hood". This is the jeep Willys replaced the CJ-3A with, by adding the new overhead engine. Being a taller engine, it needed more room, so, Willys raised the hood. I bought this Willys from a man who was driving it back and forth to work. He had started to restore the jeep, (pulled the radiator, front clip, started some body work…) then he ran out of time, and sold it to me. It is not running at this time….."

June 20th .. I was all ready to assemble the engine when I discovered the Main bearings didn't fit correctly. After examining them more carefully, I discovered they didn't work at all. The 'tang' was in the wrong location as was the oil hole.
This morning, I took the bearings back to the NAPA store. After a discovery process of about 20 minutes we finally concluded I got the correct bearing box, but the box had tractor bearings rather than buick v-6 bearings. So, my new bearings should be here tomorrow morning. Because of this, the engine build has been delayed until monday (when the kids are back).
Could be a good foundation for a jeep or spare parts.

"1955 Willys CJ5 Jeep. It has a 327 corvette motor, 4 speed tranny twin stick transfer case, has tilt wheel, spring over sitting on 42in super swampers. It was painted aproximately 10 years ago,but has been garaged until two months ago, it's never seen mud, but would be a fun toy to have. It has a stainless steel custom dash."
On first glance this looks almost brand new. But, on a closer look I realized someone couldn’t resist modifying it by changing the windshield. At first, I thought the windshield was raised and attached to an added bracket; however, after looking at more pictures, I’d say someone tried to make a CJ-3B windshield fit on it. On such a rare and good looking jeep, I can only wonder why??
“This ultra rare 5000-mile documented original 1963 Willys spent the majority of it`s life on a golf course in Florida. It is believed to be one of the few Surrey Gala models. At some point in it’s life it has had a color change and top upgrade. For the last 15 years it has been part of a private collection. It has never been offered for sale before. It is in excellent mechanical condition and presents beautifully.”
