About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
(01/09/2011) This runs and appears solid, though it is missing the driver’s side step. Looks like a good price.

“1941 Military Jeep; Preserved for 25 yrs; 5,000 mi; New paint; Engine runs good; Good compression (4cyl); Needs gas tank & Windshield glass; Good 4X4 system; 5 new tires.”
This looks like an old racer. The roll cage alone is worth some money. The engine might be worth $325 if it runs like the seller indicates. The seller also has a set of mounted terra tractor tires for only $150.
“1948 Willys CJ2A Jeep, You can air up the tires, light it on fire & push it down a hill……….but you probably won’t drive this one without a little fine tuning here and there!
It has been converted to a Buick 3.8 V6 engine, but all of the rest of the drive train appears to be original……..Dana 25 in the front…….Dana 30 in the rear.
The tub, firewall and hood have been hacked by someone that shouldn’t be allowed to have any sharp objects. The fenders, grill and frame might be of use to someone, or, you can refer back to my opening line at the top. $325 and it is yours! You could offer me a little less if I appear to be in a good mood.
Call Steve @ 1-360-600-4223
I also have other Willys Jeep parts for sale, but not included in the price above:
1. A custom raised fiberglass hood for a 3A (it has an embossed WILLYS on each side) $100.00,
2. a stock metal hood (it has an embossed WILLYS on each side) $75.00
3. grill for a 2 or 3A $75.00
4. 2 terra tires with tractor treads 31 x 15.5 x 15 mounted on 13″ wide steel wheels that fit a Willys $150.00”
It runs and drives and looks pretty stock. This might be a good price. It’s got a few dents in that rear quarter panel.
“1962 Willys CJ-7 for sale. We never get any use of this jeep anymore would love to find someone who would be able to enjoy it. This jeep was my husband’s Grandfathers so its been in the family for sometime. Its runs good just could use a little tune up because we never use it anymore.”
It seems to be made from extra parts from various jeeps. Paul notes, correctly, that the outside of the rims have been sprayed, but the insides haven’t, suggesting a quick-n-dirty spray job. If you look at the bottom of the rig, you can see where black spray paint got to some spots and not other others, like the bottom of the axle housings, the bottom of the springs shackles, parts of the muffler, etc.
“Total Body Off Restoration – Body Mostly New. New Wiring Harness. New Soft Top. All new Gauges. Upgraded Holley Carb.”
