This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Roger shared these pics of an air-cooled engine he has. He showed it off at this year’s Willys Rally. It’s an air-cooled engine with “WILLYS” cast on the valve cover and intended for use as a generator, though he was told it was the same engine used in the M-274 Mule.
Named “The Hulk”, this jeep includes a hulk on the hood. This also has a rare CJ-3B ventilating windshield.

Listed as a 1949 CJ-2A, it looks more like a 3A.

“Willys cj3b jeep with hardtop. Motor runs well- good oil pressure needs reassembly to drive most parts are present. This was an airport tarmac truck. I figured that I would offer it up in case someone had time to work on it. It’s going into storage soon until I have the time to work on it unless someone is interested in taking on the project. I don’t need to sell it but won’t have time to get to it anytime soon. Clear title in my name with current registration. Somewhat of a rare jeep especially with the hardtop. Still needs some work to complete restoration, but unclear what that is. It looks in good shape.

Given the parts, there might be some value here. Check out the reinforced frame and helper springs in the rear. Also note the way the rear PTO gear is angled out the back of the bumper. So many questions!
