About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
(08/04/08) Here’s a tall trail jeep out of California.
“Clean 1947 Willys Jeep. 4.3 Vortec motor-fuel injected. 350 Automatic transmission. Overdrive front disk brakes. Dana 30, 27 spline detroit front locker. Dana 44, 30 spline detroit rear locker. 4:88 Gears. Spring over, high steer and 35/12.5-15 wheels. Mutiple tops included.”
(02/16/2011) This looks in good solid though it does have diamond plating which might or might not be covering issues.

(01/24/2011) Guess someone wanted more room for the driver to get into this rig?
“1952 Jeep CJ2 Flat Fender Willy’s. 1970 Ford Overhead Cam 6 cylinder engine. 3 speed manual transmission. Dana 18 Transfer case. Great 4×4! Hard top. While surfing Flickr, I found a young lady out of Canada who was given a CJ-2A from her mother, who inherited it from her father. It looks like a solid build that likely has a replacement body, probably as part of a restoration. She thinks the jeep is pretty cool, but others think she’s a dork. I left her a note, explaining there were others like her :-). Perhaps even more surprising, it’s now her main vehicle, though it’s been put away until winter ends. She notes, “It is a lot of fun to drive but you never have good hair when you get to your destination.”
I bet this image doesn’t do the color justice. Looks likek a solid rig.
