This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This looks like a good price. There is still a little work to be done on it.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500
(10/26/09) The seller suggests at least one of these is a ’45 CJ-2A. If so, then this might be worth a look and might be a decent price if the ’45 is in good shape. Lots of parts here it appears.

(04/07/2009) This is certainly an unusual GPW, complete with a Ford script body. It’s apparently street legal, though I don’t see any lights on the back.
“1942 rare ford gpw script body , paint & body in excellent condition. Custom roll cage built straight to frame. Custom tube front fenders and nerf bars alum.hood . Purple and black Mastercraft seats and seatbelts. Custom 2 x 4 tube frame with 16″ stretched wheel base, now 97″. Custom 4 link rear suspension with cantilevered Walker Evans nitrogen shocks, with air bag asist. Rubicon reversed eye spring over front springs with reverse shackle and Rubicon remote reservoir shocks……”
