Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Rare 53 flat fender with no rust , pinto motor that runs good & gets twice mileage as stock motor, has 15×10.5×31 good tires. Tow bar, fair soft top, roll bar, new transmission,good shocks with new 1in lift springs. Stored inside for last 25 years I’ve owned it,swing away tire &gas can rack. With a little work this could be show rig or you can drive & enjoy. Iam rebuilding 2 other cars so I have to many projects & no money”
